LiquidArt fountains are easy to install, virtually maintenance free, and are made of top-quality components. That’s why we are happy to provide you with a one-year warranty on all the components of your fountain. In the unlikely event that you discover any manufacturing defects, just contact us directly, and we’ll be happy to fix or replace the defective part.
What Our Product Warranty Covers
- You may return your product for a refund at anytime within one (1) year of purchase as long as the product has not been installed or used.
- Against manufacturer defects. If your product has been installed and/or used LiquidArt will replace or repair, at LiquidArt’s option, the defective item(s).
- Water pump is covered under our warranty for a total period of three (3) years.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
- Removal and/or disposal costs of defective or non-defective product.
- Freight and/or shipping costs to return defective or non-defective product to place of purchase or LiquidArt.
Additional Information for Returns
- Please call, write or email LiquidArt, LLC to obtain an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. You must have this number when returning or replacing product originating from LiquidArt.
- Please include a copy of your original receipt.
