Thank you for purchasing a LiquidArt product, we hope you enjoy it for years to come. At LiquidArt we have a very simple philosophy as to how we treat you, our customer. We want you to be 100% happy with your product and with our service.

 

This warranty covers the product you purchased from LiquidArt, LLC for a period of one (1) year as follows. All warranty claims must be directed to LiquidArt, LLC.

What this Warranty Covers

• You may return your product for a refund at anytime within one (1) year of purchase as long as the product has not been installed or used.
• Manufacturer defects. If your product has been installed and/or used LiquidArt will replace or repair, at LiquidArt’s option, the defective item(s).
• The water pump is covered under this warranty for a total period of three (3) years.

What this Warranty Does Not Cover

• Removal and/or disposal costs of defective or non-defective product.
• Freight and/or shipping costs to return defective or non-defective product to place of purchase or LiquidArt.

Additional Information for Returns

• Please call, write or email LiquidArt, LLC to obtain an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. You must have this number when returning or replacing product originating from LiquidArt.
• Please include a copy of your original receipt.

Free Extended Warranty

In exchange for information, LiquidArt will extend this product warranty from 1 year (3 years on the water pump) to 5 years (including water pump). Simply fill out the customer satisfaction survey, within 30 days of product purchase, and return it by mail or fax to LiquidArt, LLC. In return, you will receive by mail, an extended warranty certificate specifying the extended dates. Any information collected is for the use of LiquidArt only and will be utilized to help improve service and future products.
