Receiving Your Fountain
Shipping
Your new fountain will generally ship within a few days of placing an order and will arrive one of two ways, depending upon which fountain product you ordered. For a general rule of thumb, If you ordered a fountain that requires the smaller more compact 2’x2′ reservoir it will arrive via UPS (except for some of the larger pottery pieces, which will ship via LTL). The larger 4’x4′ reservoir fountains will be delivered on a pallet by a bigger delivery truck, what we refer to as LTL (less than truck load).
Delivery
UPS will deliver your package regardless if you are home to receive the package or not. For LTL deliveries, expect a phone call or email from the freight company as they will need to schedule a delivery time in which you will be home to receive the package. LiquidArt uses LTL delivery trucks equipped with lift gates for ease of unloading upon arrival. Drivers are expected to help with unloading.
Unpacking Your Fountain
Note: If your package arrives with visible damaged such as broken parts or missing pieces please refuse delivery and contact LiquidArt at 800-974-9586 or info@LiquidArtFountains.com. We’ll deal with the freight company from that point forward and ship a replace order right away.
