At LiquidArt we have a very simple philosophy as to how we treat you, our customer. We want you to be 100% happy with your product purchase and the service you receive. We are serious about our fountains and their technology and want them to enhance your outdoor living easily and beautifully for many years to come.

LiquidArt fountains are easy to install, virtually maintenance-free, and are made of top-quality components. That’s why we are happy to provide you with a one-year warranty on all the components of your fountain. In the unlikely event that you discover any manufacturing defects, just contact us directly, and we’ll be happy to fix or replace the defective part.

This warranty covers the product you purchased from LiquidArt, for one (1) year. If you have a warranty question or claim, please do not contact the place of purchase. Please direct all warranty claims to LiquidArt. This will expedite the resolution of your claim.

What Our Product Warranty Covers

• Returns: You may return your product for a refund at any time within thirty (30) days of purchase as long as the product has not been installed or used.

• Manufacturer defects: If your product has been installed and/or used, LiquidArt will replace or repair, at LiquidArt’s option, the defective item(s).

• Water pump: The water pump is covered under this warranty for a total period of one (1) year.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

• Removal and/or disposal costs of defective or non-defective product.

• Freight and/or shipping costs to return defective or non-defective product to place of purchase or LiquidArt.

Additional Information for Returns

• Please call, write, or email LiquidArt to obtain an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. You must have this number when returning or replacing product originating from LiquidArt.

  Please include a copy of your original receipt.
